PCDSI 2025 Registration

To register for the PCDSI 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting please click here

PCDSI 2025 is a 3-day meeting and will take place in Great Southern Hotel, Killarney from Thursday 27 March 2025 to Saturday 29 March 2025. You have the option to attend 3 days, 2 days or 1 day of the meeting. 

Registration Fees

Non Member
3 days - €420.00
2 days - €370.00
1 days - €260.00

Late Registration Fees

Any registrations not made in advance of Thursday the 20th March 2025 will incur a higher registration fee. Late registration fees are as follows;

Registration fee includes

The conference registration fee includes the following:

  • Admission to all Conference sessions and the exhibition
  • Tea, Coffee and lunches throughout the Conference
  • Access to Conference App

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place in Great Southern Hotel, Killarney. Please note that the Conference Dinner is not included as part of the registration fee and the cost to attend is €65.00, which can be booked at the time of registration. Places are limited and so early booking is advised.

CPD Credits & Certificates of Attendance

21 External Credits & 3 GMS Study Leave days for attendance at full three days of conference.

Thursday 27 March - Cryosurgery Basic Workshop or Female Dermatology course - 7 credits and 1 GMS Study Leave
Friday 28 March - Skin Infections course or Dermoscopy Advanced Course - 7 credits and 1 GMS Study Leave
Saturday 29 March - General Dermatology, Basic or Advanced course - 7 credits and 1 GMS Study Leave

Delegates are required to be scanned in each day to qualify for CPD Credits. Certificates of Attendance will be e-mailed after the Conference.

 

Terms and Conditions

Registration Cancellation

  • Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to pcdsi@abbey.ie or in writing to Abbey Conferences at the address below.
  • For cancellations received before 10th February 2025 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted.
  • After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
  • No‐shows will not receive a refund.
  • Substitutions are welcome
  • In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.

Liability Waiver
The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The PCDSI 2025 organisers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.

The Conference Organising Committee or its agents will not be responsible for any medical expenses, loss or accidents incurred during the conference. Delegates are strongly advised to arrange adequate insurance to cover medical and other expenses including accident or loss. Where a delegate has to cancel for medical reasons, the normal cancellation policy will apply.
