Registration for Velo-city 2019
  • You are about to begin the registration process. As you complete the details on each page, click 'Next' to proceed to the next section

  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case e.g. John Citizen
  • On submission of your registration, your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes
  • For this conference the preferred method of payment is by credit card, but payment by bank transfer is also an accepted method of payment.


    • In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

    By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events, Dublin City Council (host of Velo-city 2019) and the ECF to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the Velo-city 2019 Conference. 

    Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. 

    All international attendees contact details which includes a full name and email address to verify attendance only will be shared with the National Tourism Development Authority (Fáilte Ireland) having its principal office at 88-95 Amiens Street, Dublin 1 as a funder of the event for the purpose of verifying attendance at the event only as required under Section 8 of the National Tourism Development Authority Act, 2003 and that this data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months. Thereafter, the details will be destroyed in a secure manner.

    If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. 

    You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting velo-city2019@abbey.ie 

    Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

    The Welcome Reception will be held in the CCD on Tuesday 25th June 2019 and is included in your registration fee.

    The Conference Dinner will be held in the Guinness Storehouse on Thursday 27 June 2019 and is included in your registration fee.

    Registration Cancellation Notice of cancellation must be sent by email (velo-city2019@abbey.ie) or in writing to Abbey Conference & Events at the address below. For cancellations received before 28 February 2019 a full refund less an administration charge of € 50 will be granted. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Congress is cancelled, your registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the refund. Accommodation Cancellation The first night is non-refundable. The full amount of your total stay is non-refundable after 28 February 2019.
