Data Processing Consent

In order to manage your accommodation booking for this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events, the local host partners and accommodation provider to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the 13th Symposium for European Freshwater Science (SEFS 13). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted except for name, organisation and email for the SEFS database.

If you do not provide consent we cannot process your accommodation booking.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting sefs13@abbeyuk.com
Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system. if you request this before the meeting, your accommodation will be cancelled under the standard terms & conditions agreed when making the booking.
