Social Events

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place on Tuesday 23rd June at Manchester Metropolitan University. The Welcome Reception is free to join, however, you must confirm your attendance.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place on 24th June. Your ticket to attend will include a drinks reception, accompanied by drinks and an evening of entertainment. 

Please note, the ticket price below is exclusive of 20% VAT.

Terms and Conditions

Registration Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled before 2 June 2026 – 100% of the conference fee is refundable. All cancellations are subject to a £50 administrative fee.

No refunds are payable from 2 June 2026 onwards.  

All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:

Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time up to 19 June.
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Manchester Pathology 2026 Organising Team at MP2026@abbeyconferences.com.

Cancellation of the conference:

In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Audio recording and video recording:

Audio recording and video recording will be taking place at the conference. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the conference, its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials by emailing MP2026@abbeyconferences.com.
