Registration Form

Select Single Registration if you are only registering yourself to attend the conference.

Select Group Registration if you are registering yourself and your colleagues. Select the number of people in your Group and enter their names. You can register a maximum group of 20. If your group exceeds this number please complete the registration form again for your additional group members in blocks of 20. 

For Group Registrations, you will be taken through the registration process for each group member (starting with yours) and you will be asked to complete the following for each person:

1. Data Processing Consent
2. Contact Details
3. Dietary Requirements/ Accessibility Requirements
4. Registration Booking
5. Lunch Options
6. Social Events Booking

When you have completed the above information for yourself (the Group Contact),  click 'Next' to confirm your booking. You will then be able to 'Register' the other members of your group and will be asked to add the details above for each member.

• Each of your group members will receive confirmation of their booking once you have completed the registration process
• You will make the payment and receive the invoice and receipt, as the Group Contact
• Please ensure you enter an individual email address for each group member
• All information should be typed in upper and lower case e.g. John Citizen

The method of payment is by debit/credit card or bank transfer. Your information and debit/credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser. 

You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive this, please email lionseuropaforum2025@abbey.ie so we can ensure your registration has been processed.

In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conferences to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to Lions Europa Forum. Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. 

If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting lionseuropaforum2025@abbey.ie 

Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

For credit/debit card payments, please ensure this address matches the credit/debit card name and address.
Please use only English alphabet letters in your name and address for your billing details.
Other characters should be changed to English alphabet (for example: change "ê" into "e", "ñ" into "n" etc.).

Lunch will be in addition to your registration fee each day. The lunch options are as follows;

• Gourmet Sandwich Lunch including Tea & Coffee
• Hot buffet Lunch including Dessert/Tea & Coffee 

Please note:

• Delegates must select one of the lunch options for each day during registration for the Forum
• The above costs are inclusive of morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks
• Numbers for the hot buffet lunch option are limited each day.
