- I confirm my team will participate in the Lacrosse World Festival 2022
- The number of rooms booked is a good indication of our required accommodation
- Team Registration payment of €350 is due at the point of booking, which is non-refundable after 31 March 2022
- 50% Team Members' Registration payment (€25 per Team Member) is required by 31 March 2022
- 50% Accommodation payment is required by 31 March 2022
- Final team numbers are required by 1 May 2022
- Final balance of Team Members' Registration payment (€25 per Team Member) is required by 1 June 2022
- Final balance of Accommodation payment is required by 1 June 2022
- Team member names are required by 1 June 2022
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing or by email to lacrosse2022@abbey.ie
Team Registration Cancellation
- For cancellations received before 31 March 2022, a full refund of team registration fee (€350) and team member registration fees (€50 per person) will be given (minus €50 administration fee)
- For cancellations received after 31 March and before 1 June 2022, 50% of the team registration/team member registration fees will be refunded. The team registration fee of €350 will be retained by the Event Organiser to cover administration costs.
- For cancellations received after 1 June 2022, no refund will be given
- If members of your team test positive for COVID-19 and will not be out of their isolation period prior to their travel date/start of the event, or if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, they must not attend the event. In these circumstances notice of cancellation must be sent by email prior to the event and a refund will be granted for their team member registration fee.
- If the above situation results in your whole team not being able to travel and your team withdrawing from the Festival, you will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 positive PCR tests before a refund of team member registration fees will be considered.
Accommodation Cancellation
- For cancellations received before 31 March 2022, a full refund will be given (minus €50 administration fee)

- For cancellations received after 1 June 2022, no refund will be given

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.
UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
- In the unlikely case that the Lacrosse World Festival cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Team registration and accommodation payments will be refunded or alternative arrangements offered.
