ITOA Workshop – Terms & Conditions Registrations for ITOA Workshops are accepted on a first come basis only and on receipt of a completed registration and full payment. On-Line Bookings – Credit Card Payment: Bookings made online and paid for by credit card will be confirmed immediately. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the nominated e-mail address with details of the confirmed date/time of the workshop chosen. On-Line Bookings – Bank transfer Payment: Bank Transfers should be made using the following details: Account Name: Incoming Tour Operators Association - ITOA, AIB, 40/41 Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2. Account No: 24150060 Sort Code: 93-33-84 BIC: AIBKIE2D IBAN: IBANIE91 AIBK 9333 8424 1500 60 On-Line Bookings - Cheque Payment: Cheque payments are due within 10 working days from the date of booking and email confirmation received to Incoming Tour Operators Association - ITOA Workshop, ITOA, PO Box 65, Bray, Co Wicklow. Where payment does not reach ITOA within the 10 days the reservation(s) is automatically cancelled from the system and may be resold. Cheque payments must be accompanied with a copy of your email booking confirmation. On receipt of payment, ITOA will forward a confirmation e-mail (to the email address provided on the booking confirmation) of booking serving as a receipt of payment. In the event of cheque payment not reaching ITOA by the due date specified at time of booking and within the 10 working day period, the reservation/booking will be automatically released from the system. If payment is received after the due date ITOA reserves the right to: 1. Only re-instate the booking provided space is still available 2. Where space is no longer available on the preferred originally requested booking, an alternative session and/or location will be allocated and notified in writing (email), which if not accepted within 1 day of offer payment will be returned. Note: Cheque and Bank Transfer payments are due within 10 working days from the date of booking and email confirmation received. Please ensure to note on bank transfer the Booking Reference number so that we can cross reference payments. Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations of bookings made on-line are accepted only up to six weeks in advance of the date of the workshop. Such cancellations must be notified in writing to workshop@itoa-ireland.com stating details of the booking and the booking reference number. Refunds will be made by cheque less €10 administration fee. Thereafter strictly no refunds on cancellation/s. ITOA reserves the right to alter/change bookings at its’ discretion.
