Registration Instructions

You are about to begin the registration process. As you complete the details on each page, click 'Next' to proceed to the next section.

Please use the tab key to move from one field to the next. Do not use the return key.
All information should be typed in upper and lower case e.g. John Citizen.
On submission of your registration, your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser.

You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, be sure to check you spam/junk folder as well. The preferred method of payment is by credit card, but payment by bank transfer is also an accepted method of payment.

In order to manage this conference, we need to collect your contact information.


By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the 4th International Symposium of Machine Learning and Big Data in Geoscience (ISMLG), held in Cork, Ireland 29th August - 1st September 2023


Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. 
If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy – ISMLG 2023 Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to ismlg2023@abbey.ie • Registration payment can be made by debit/credit card at the point of booking. • Registration payment can be made by bank transfer and must be paid within 14 days of registration. • Cancellation fee of €50 plus any bank charges will apply for cancellations made before Monday 1st June 2023. • After this date, no refunds will be accepted for cancellation. • No‐shows will not receive a refund. Substitutions are welcome but we ask you to contact us as soon as possible in advance. In the unlikely event that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.

Payment

For payment by credit card please ensure that your card is set up for 2-factor authentication. If you are unsure, please check with the card issuer. Your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser. A receipt will be emailed to you automatically at the end of the registration process. The payment will show on your statement as 'Abbey Tours'.
