Standard Registration Fee (2 days): € 50.00 

Student Registration Fee (2 days): € 25.00
(please note proof (student id/ letter of enrolment) is required)

Data Processing Consent


In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the IrSPEN 2021 Virtual Conference taking place 27th -28th April 2021.

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. Your Contact details will be available within the Virtual Conference Platform for you to be able to exchange contact details with other delegates. When you login to the portal you can limit the details you wish to exchange. 

A delegate list, including your name and email address, will be forwarded to the Irish Society for Clinical Nutrition & Metabolism.

If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting irspen2021@abbey.ie

Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
Payment Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer until 6th April 2021. After 6th April 2021 payment will only be possible by credit card. Cancellation policy Cancellations must be received in writing via email to irspen2021@abbey.ie. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations received 3 weeks before conference - 100% of the registration fee will be refunded less €5 administration fee. Cancellations received hereafter - We regret that no refunds will be issued. Substitutions will be accepted at any time up to 7 days before the conference provided that full details are submitted.

Payment

Payment Policy
For registrations received without payment a provisional booking will be held for 14 days. All registrations will be acknowledged within 7 days of receipt.
