Virtual Registration Rates in GBP:
Early bird Registration is now closed
Early Registration Rate: £ 100.00
Early Student: £ 50.00

Regular Registration is still open
Regular Registration Rate: £ 150.00
Regular Student: £ 75.00

If you cannot afford the registration fee, please email inlg2021@abbey.ie and explain your circumstances. We may be able to offer you a reduced registration rate.

Data Processing:
In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing INLG, Abbey Conference & Events and the local host partners to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and to add your email address to INLG’s database. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your Contact details will be available within the Virtual Conference Portal for you to be able to exchange contact details with other delegates. When you login to the portal you can limit the details you wish to exchange.

In order to participate in the Virtual Conference, your ‘Virtual Name Badge’ including your name, organisation and photo will appear on the Virtual Conference Platform and will be viewable by all delegates. 

You will have the option to choose what information is shared when you connect with other delegates in the Meeting Hub by editing your Profile Settings when you log into the Virtual Conference Platform. You will have the option to share your organisation, country, email address and Social Media Platforms with any delegates you choose to connect with. Your email address and Social Media Platforms will not be visible to any delegates you choose not to connect with.

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted except for name, organisation and email for the INLG database. 

If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting inlg2021@abbey.ie

Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

Do you think you will attend the tutorial on Crowdsourcing Experiments and Platforms?

If Covid restrictions permit, we plan have some in-person activities in Aberdeen during the conference. These will focus on interaction, discussion, and social events; all research presentations will be online. Please let us know if you plan to be in Aberdeen during the conference and are interested in attending in-person events.

Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to inlg2021@abbey.ie. For cancellations received before 6 September 2021, we will give you a full refund minus a £25 administration fee. No refund can be made after 6 September 2021. Substitution can be made at the discretion of the Conference Committee. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the refund.
