Registration Instructions

You are about to begin the registration process. As you complete the details on each page, click 'Next' to proceed to the next section.

    • Use “Tab” to move from one field to the next
    • Click “Next” at the end of each screen to proceed to next page
    • Type in “Upper & Lower” Case (i.e. John Citizen)
    • Credit Card details are encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conferences to:
- Store your data for up to 12 months after the event 
- To send you information via email in relation to the IFHNOS Dublin Summit 2025
- After 12 months, all event data shall be archived & your personal information will be deleted

Contact Details

Please use only English alphabet letters in your contact details.  If you have other characters in your name and address, please correct them to English alphabet (for example: change "é" into "e", "ñ" into "n" etc, miss out a "-" from Anne-Marie or " ' " from O'Malley).   We can change it to the correct spelling once you've registered - please email:  ifhnos2025@abbey.ie

For credit/debit card payments, please ensure this address matches the credit/debit card name and address.

IMPORTANT: If you are submitting the invoice to your University | Company | Institute to pay on your behalf you must complete the Billing Address section accordingly if those details need to show on the invoice.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION - Full payment is required when making your booking. - Cancellation notification must be emailed to ifhnos2025@abbey.ie and received by the close of business on 01 August 2025. - For cancellations received on or before 01 August 2025 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted. - After 01 August 2025 refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. - No‐shows will not receive a refund. - Substitutions are welcome. In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.
