Registration

If you are registering a group of delegates, you will be asked to fill in the names of each member of your group. Once you have filled in your details, you will be brought to a summary page. Please click edit next to each member of your group and fill in their registration form. Once all registration details of all group members have been received, please continue on from the summary page. All charges will appear on one invoice for your entire group.

Registration for ICIC20

Registration Instructions:
You are about to begin the registration process. As you complete the details on each page, click 'Next' to proceed to the next section.

Please use the tab key to move from one field to the next.

Do not use the return key. 

All information should be typed in upper and lower case e.g. John Citizen. 

On submission of your registration, your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser. 

You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. For this conference the preferred method of payment is by credit card, but payment by bank transfer is also an accepted method of payment.


Data Processing:
In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing IFIC, Abbey Conference & Events and the local host partners to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and to add your email address to IFIC’s database. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your Contact details will be available within the Virtual Conference Portal for you to be able to exchange contact details with other delegates. When you login to the portal you can limit the the details you wish to exchange.

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted except for name, organisation and email for the IFIC database. 

If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting icic20@abbey.ie.

Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

 4 Day Virtual Conference Pass  Available to all those working for central government or international authorities and to those working
 in the private sector.

Available to those working in the academic, public, voluntary sectors and applicable to SMEs.
 4 Day Virtual Conference Pass - Students Available to anybody currently in full-time or part-time study in fields relating to integrated care.
 4 Day Virtual Conference Pass - Low & Middle Income These fees are available to all those from lower and middle income countries.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
Registrations payment is due within two weeks of registering and no refunds are available after this date. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Congress is cancelled, your registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.
