By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conferences to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the HEPS 2025 Conference taking place from the 18- 20 June 2025 in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. 

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration.

  • Registration payment can be made by debit/credit card at the point of booking
  • Registration payment can be made by bank transfer and must be paid within 14 days of registration  

Payments by credit card will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the event organiser.

Bank Transfers should be made using the following details (please mention your ID number & name as a reference). It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any international transfers. Please check with your bank if any charges will be incurred and send a remittance / payment proof to  HEPS2025@abbey.ie.
