Registration Instructions

You are about to begin the registration process. As you complete the details on each page, click 'Next' to proceed to the next section.

Please use the tab key to move from one field to the next. Do not use the return key.
All information should be typed in upper and lower case e.g. John Citizen.
On submission of your registration, your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser.

You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, be sure to check you spam/junk folder as well. The preferred method of payment is by credit card, but payment by bank transfer is also an accepted method of payment.

In order to manage this conference, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to HEPS 2025 held in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, 18th - 20th June 2025.

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. 
If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration.

You are first required to pay for your registration in full before you receive a Letter of Support for your visa application.

If you are paying now via credit card, you will receive your Letter of Support for visa application automatically, in your registration confirmation email, as a .pdf file.

If you will be paying for your registration via bank transfer, you are still required to fill in all necessary details below during your registration process. After you have made the bank transfer payment, kindly email us your remittance (proof of payment) to HEPS2025@abbey.ie and we will email you your Letter of Support.
