Conference Registration

STUDENTS 

(Must be a student (Bachelor or Master) within the academic year 2023-2024. A certificate of enrollment or a letter signed by your supervisor needs to be provided by e-mail (hepa2024@abbey.ie ) to confirm your registration.

Registration includes: Access to all conference lectures, Conference programme (via conference app), Lunches and coffee breaks, Welcome reception . The Gala Dinner is an additional cost.

RCSI Tour

Take a guided and unique tour with RCSI's head porter, Frank Donegan, to learn about the rich heritage and history of RCSI, how it has influenced healthcare worldwide, and the part it has played in shaping national history – including its seizure by rebels led by Michael Mallin and Countess Markievicz during the 1916 Easter Rising. The tours will feature Women on Walls at RCSI in partnership with Accenture, a series of portraits of pioneering historical female leaders in healthcare, as well as specially commissioned sculpture busts of Florence Nightingale and Elizabeth O’Farrell created by John Rainey in 2022. These two collections aim to enhance the visibility of historical female leaders to inspire future generations.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION - Full payment is required when making your booking. - Cancellation notification must be emailed to hepa2024@abbey.ie and received by the close of business on 21 June 2024. - For cancellations received on or before 21 June 2024 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted. - After 21 June2024 refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. - No‐shows will not receive a refund. - Substitutions are welcome. In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.
