In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the Global Alcohol Policy Conference 2020 (GAPC 2020).

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. 

All international attendees contact details which includes a full name and email address to verify attendance only will be shared with the National Tourism Development Authority (Fáilte Ireland) having its principal office at 88-95 Amiens Street, Dublin 1.

Fáilte Ireland as a funder of the event for the purpose of verifying attendance at the event only as required under Section 8 of the National Tourism Development Authority Act, 2003 and that this data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months. Thereafter, the details will be destroyed in a secure manner.

Please note that there will be a photographer onsite and photos may be taken of you and published on the conference website. If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting gapc2020@abbey.ie.  Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
Registration Cancellation Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the Global Alcohol Policy Conference on GACP2020@abbey.ie. For cancellations received before 8th December 2019 no cancellation fee will apply but a €45 administration fee will be applicable.. For cancellation between 9th December and 8th January 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund can be made after 9th January 2020. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the refund. Substitution can be made at the discretion of the Conference Committee.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is via credit card. Your payment by credit card will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the event organiser. For registrations received using the bank transder option a provisional booking will be held for 7 days. If payment is not recieved via bank transfer after 7 days the regsitration will be cancelled.
