In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing the organisers (Global Agritourism Conference, Abbey Conferences, Scottish Agritourism and Global Agritourism Network) to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and to add your email address to the Global Agritourism Conference database. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your Contact details will be available within the Global Agritourism Conference 2026 Conference App for you to be able to exchange contact details with other delegates. When you login to the App you can limit the details you wish to exchange.


Your contact details will be shared with the following organisations for the purpose of organising and delivering the conference:

  • The Global Agritourism Network
  • Scottish Agritourism
  • Social event venues
  • Accommodation - if purchased through the booking system
  • Badge printing company

Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted except for name, organisation and email for the Global Agritourism Conference 2026 database. 

If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your booking. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting GAC2026@abbeyconferences.com

Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.

If you are paying now via credit card, you will receive your Letter of Support for visa application automatically, in your registration confirmation email, as a .pdf file.

If you will be paying for your registration via bank transfer, you are still required to fill in all necessary details below during your registration process. After you have made the bank transfer payment, kindly email us your remittance (proof of payment) to GAC2026@abbeyconferences.com and we will email you your Letter of Support. Please note, it may take a few days to receive your Letter of Support when paying via bank transfer.

Civic Reception

Welcome to Scotland Civic Reception will take place from 5pm on 23rd June. If you are coming from the core tour you will be dropped off at the Civic Reception and will have the opportunity to go out to eat in Aberdeen after the reception finishes.

Shuttle buses will be available to transport you after the reception for dinner in Aberdeen.

 

Attendance at the Welcome to Scotland Civic Reception is included in all ticket options. If you do not wish to attend, please indicate this below, as capacity is limited. 

 

 

Gala Dinner

The Global Agritourism Conference gala dinner will take place on the evening of 24th June at the conference venue, P&J Live.  Tickets to the gala dinner are £75 with 20% VAT (sales tax) applied at point of purchase; a total additional price of £90 per person.
