Global Agritourism Conference Scholarship Application Submission Guidelines
Scholarship Application submissions are welcome for consideration for the Global Agritourism Conference 2026, which will be held Tuesday 23rd to Thursday 25th June 2026 in Aberdeen, Scotland.

What does the scholarship cover?
The scholarship supports
· One ticket to the event to the conference itself in Aberdeen including the tours on Tuesday 23rd June, and the main
conference on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th June
· The main conference dinner on Wednesday 24th June and lunch on all three days of the conference
· One ticket to the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh on Sunday 21st June
· Dedicated scholarship networking and knowledge sharing session within the programme and online ahead of the conference
· The option to be hosted by a Scottish Agritourism business for two nights after the conference with accommodation provided
What is not included in the scholarship?
· Your flights to travel to Scotland
· All transport during your time in Scotland
· Accommodation before, during and after the Conference
· Personal expenses incurred
Who Should Apply?
The Global Agritourism Conference Scholarship Programme will support the development of leadership skills and knowledge while building strong life-long networks.
It is hoped that all continents and as many countries within those regions can be represented with one or more scholars attending the Global Agritourism Conference in June 2026.
Particular focus will be given to
· Individuals under the age of 40
· Individuals already working in the field of agritourism, either in a family business, as an employee or in related professions and the supply chain
· Individuals who have demonstrated their desire to help grow agritourism in their country or local community
· Individuals who could not otherwise afford to attend the conference without support
