Registration Form


Select Single Registration if you are only registering yourself to attend the conference.

Select Group Registration if you are registering yourself and your colleagues. Select the number of people in your Group and enter their names.

For Group Registrations, you will be taken through the registration process for each group member (starting with yours) and you will be asked to complete the following for each person:

  1. Data Processing Consent
  2. Contact Details 
  3. Registration Booking
  4. Social Events Booking

When you have completed the above information for yourself (the Group Contact),  click 'Next' to confirm your booking. You will then be able to 'Register' the other members of your group and will be asked to add the details above for each member.

  • Each of your group members will receive confirmation of their booking once you have completed the registration process
  • You will make the payment and receive the invoice and receipt, as the Group Contact
  • Please ensure you enter an individual email address for each group member
  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case e.g. John Citizen

The method of payment is by debit/credit card. Your information and debit/credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser. 

You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive this, please email gin2026@g-i-n.net so we can ensure your registration has been processed.

Data Processing Information

In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events (on behalf of GIN) to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and are agreeing to receive information via email in relation to the GIN 2026 Conference. 
If you do not provide consent we cannot process your registration. 

You can unsubscribe at any time. Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system. If you request this before the Conference takes place, your registration will be cancelled.
Upon completion of the 12-month period, Abbey Conference & Events will archive all event data and delete all personal information. 

Once registered, your name, organisation and email will also be stored on the GIN database in order for them to communicate with you in relation to the 2026 Conference. You may withdraw your consent to your data being stored on the GIN database by contacting gin2026@g-i-n.net.

Registration for GIN 2026 Annual Conference

GIN 2026 will be held as an in-person conference. We will incorporate a Conference App for all delegates with the below features. 

All registration prices are in GBP (£).

 

In-person registration includes:

You are first required to pay for your registration in full before you receive a Letter of Support for your visa application.

If paying via credit card, you will receive the Letter of Support for your visa application automatically, in your registration confirmation email, as a .pdf file.
If paying via bank transfer, you are still required to fill in all necessary details below during your registration process. After payment has been processed, kindly email your remittance (proof of payment) to gin2026@g-i-n.net and we will email you your Letter of Support. 
Please note, it may take a few days to receive your Letter of Support when paying via bank transfer.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is via credit/debit card. Your payment by credit/debit card will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the event organiser. For registrations received using the bank transfer option a provisional booking will be held for 7 days. If payment is not received via bank transfer after 7 days the registration will be cancelled.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any international transfers. Please check with your bank if any charges will be incurred. Please send a copy of the remittance to gin2026@g-i-n.net
