In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events on behalf of GIN to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the GIN 2023 Hybrid Conference. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted except for name, organisation and email for the GIN database.

Registration for GIN 2023 Hybrid Conference

GIN 2023 will be staged as a Hybrid Conference and to enhance the experience for both our in-person and online audiences, we will be incorporating a Conference App for in-person attendees and a Virtual Conference Platform for online attendees. The App and Virtual Platform are connected which will ensure that we have networking, engagement and knowledge sharing across both audiences.

Our online registration will include access to:

  • Live streaming of all the main plenaries
  • Live streaming of all main sessions across 6 parallel sessions
  • Virtual Networking Session

For both the Conference App and Virtual Platform, the following features are available:

  • Speaker Details & Biographies

Payment

The preferred method of payment is via credit/debit card. Your payment by credit/debit card will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the event organiser. For registrations received using the bank transfer option a provisional booking will be held for 7 days. If payment is not received via bank transfer after 7 days the registration will be cancelled.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any international transfers. Please check with your bank if any charges will be incurred.
