By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conferences on behalf of EEA-ESEM to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the EEA-ESEM 2026 Annual Congress. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted except for name, organisation and email for the EEA-ESEM database.

Payment

The preferred payment method is by credit or debit card. All credit and debit card transactions are securely encrypted and transmitted directly to the event organizer for processing.

If you choose to register using the bank transfer option, your booking will be provisionally reserved for a period of 7 days. Please note that if payment is not received via bank transfer within this timeframe, your registration may be subject to cancellation.

Please be aware that all Presenting Authors are required to complete their registration and submit full payment no later than May 10th, 2026.
