Data Processing

In order to register you for this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conference & Events to store your data for up to 18 months after the event and to send you information via email in relation to ECPP 2026.

To facilitate your registration, your data may be shared with other organisations, which may include:
- ECPP
- RCSI
- Caterers (if you have a dietary requirement)
- Badge printing company
 
Upon completion of the 18 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted. 

If you do not provide consent then we cannot process your registration. 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting ecpp2026@abbey.ie 

Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system.  If you request this before the meeting, your registration will be cancelled.

Contact Details

Please use only English alphabet letters in your contact details.  If you have other characters in your name and address, please correct them to English alphabet (for example: change "é" into "e", "ñ" into "n" etc, miss out a "-" from Anne-Marie or " ' " from O'Malley).  

We can change it to the correct spelling once you've registered - please email ecpp2026@abbey.ie 

For credit/debit card payments, please ensure this address matches the credit/debit card name and address.

IMPORTANT: If you are submitting the invoice to your University | Company | Institute to pay on your behalf you must complete the Billing Address section accordingly if those details need to show on the invoice.

If paying via bank transfer, you are still required to fill in all necessary details below during your registration process. After payment has been processed, kindly email your remittance (proof of payment) to ecpp2026@abbey.ie and we will email you your Letter of Support.

The registration fee includes the following:

 

- Admission to the conference, exhibition, poster and oral sessions.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION - Full payment is required when making your booking. - Cancellation notification must be emailed to ecpp2026@abbey.ie and received by the close of business on 01 April 2026. - For cancellations received on or before 01 April 2026 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted. - After 01 April 2026 refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. - No‐shows will not receive a refund. - Substitutions are welcome. In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.

Payment

Abbey Conferences (part of the Abbey Tours Group) is the Conference Organiser managing registrations and payments for the European Conference on Positive Psychology 2026.

The preferred method of payment is via credit/debit card. Please ensure that your card is set up for 2-factor authentication. Your payment by credit/debit card will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the event organiser.  The payment will show on your bank statement as Abbey Tours.

Early Bird registrations must be paid within 7 days of the Early Bird deadline, otherwise the Regular registration fee will apply.
