European Academy of Childhood-onset Disability Annual Meeting

3 - 6 June 2026, Galway, Ireland

Registration Form

Select Single Registration if you are only registering yourself to attend the conference.

Select Group Registration if you are registering yourself and your colleagues. Select the number of people in your Group and enter their names.

For Group Registrations, you will be taken through the registration process for each group member (starting with yours) and you will be asked to complete the following for each person:

1. Data Processing Consent
2. Contact Details 
3. Registration Booking
4. Social Events Booking
5. Additional Information - Profession Category, ECR Buddy Interest, Dietary, Accessibility
6. Accommodation Booking (if required)

When you have completed the above information for yourself (the Group Contact),  click 'Next' to confirm your booking. You will then be able to 'Register' the other members of your group and will be asked to add the details above for each member.

• Each of your group members will receive confirmation of their booking once you have completed the registration process
• You will make the payment and receive the invoice and receipt, as the Group Contact
• Please ensure you enter an individual email address for each group member
• All information should be typed in upper and lower case e.g. John Citizen

You can choose to pay by debit/credit card or by Bank Transfer. If you pay by card, your card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference organiser.

You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive this, please email eacd2026@abbeyconferences.com so we can ensure your registration has been processed.

In order to manage attendees at this event, we need to collect your contact information.

By providing consent, you are allowing Abbey Conferences on behalf of EACD to store your data for up to 12 months after the event and the ability to send information via email in relation to the EACD 2026 Annual Congress. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Upon completion of the 12 month period, all event data shall be archived with personal information deleted except for name, organisation and email for the EACD database. 

If you do not provide consent we cannot process your registration. 
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting eacd2026@abbeyconferences.com 
Upon request, all personal data will be removed from our system. If you request this before the congress, your registration will be cancelled.

For credit/debit card payments, please ensure this address matches the credit/debit card name and address.
Please use only English alphabet letters in your name and address for your billing details.
Other characters should be changed to English alphabet (for example: change "ê" into "e", "ñ" into "n" etc.).

The Non-Member registration fee includes a one-year membership to the European Academy of Childhood-onset Disability (EACD). Membership will start from 3 June 2026 (the first day of the congress). To complete your registration, please ensure you select this membership option below. For your convenience, the registration and membership fees are listed separately on this form, allowing us to provide a detailed breakdown on your invoice.

Please note that this membership fee is collected on behalf of EACD and is exempt from VAT, in accordance with Article 44, Section 2, 11° of the Belgian VAT Code.

Please note the below instructions are only for the group leader. If your group members require a Letter of Support for their visa application, please email us at eacd2026@abbeyconferences.com 

Please fill in your personal details below and ensure they match the details in your passport.

You are first required to pay for your registration in full before you receive a Letter of Support for your visa application.

If paying via credit card, you will receive the Letter of Support for your visa application automatically, in your registration confirmation email, as a .pdf file.
If paying via bank transfer, you are still required to fill in all necessary details below during your registration process. After payment has been processed, kindly email your remittance (proof of payment) to eacd2026@abbeyconferences.com and we will email you your Letter of Support. 
Please note, it may take a few days to receive your Letter of Support when paying via bank transfer.

University accommodation is available at Dunlin Village, University of Galway for EACD 2026 congress delegates and can be booked via this Registration Form.

Accommodation Rates (per room per night)

Breakfast is served in the An Bhialann restaurant (20 minute walk from Dunlin Village - shuttles will be provided). The restaurant is close to where the congress sessions will take place.

To search for accommodation, please follow the steps below: 

1. Select the dates required and click the 'Search' button
2. Select the room of your preference and click 'Book Room'
3. Please note that prices displayed are in Euros €, inclusive of VAT, and are per room for the duration of your stay

Group Bookings 

1. If you are registering a group, book accommodation for yourself (Group Contact) then click 'Next' to confirm your booking.  You will then be able to 'Register' members of your group and book accommodation for each of them.
2. Add 1 room to each group member's registration so that a room booking is assigned to each group member (if you are booking a double room, please add to one group member and add the name of the person they are sharing with in the Share With field). Please note that Double Occupancy is a small double bed and would be recommended only for couples.
3. We will endeavour to accommodate your group in the same apartment but please note, depending on the number in your group and availability at the village, you may be accommodated in an apartment with shared living space and kitchen (all bedroom doors lock). All rooms have a private en suite bathroom.
