Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract for BSAS 2025.

Please ensure you read all information carefully before submitting your abstract.

The submission deadline is 28th October at midnight (this date will not be extended) and first notifications will be sent w/c 24th November 2025.

To begin the submission process, you must first create a contact which is done on the Update Contact Information tab above.  After creating a contact, additional tabs will appear that will enable you to upload and submit your abstract.

Please note, the person submitting the abstract MUST be shown as the presenting author.

Overview of Abstract Submission Process

1. Abstract submission open until midnight, 28th October 2025
2. First review will take place, reviewers will have the following options when reviewing your abstract.
   • Accept (no changes required)
   • Accept (pending minor changes)
   • Accept (pending major changes)
   • Reject
3. Abstract notifications for first review will be sent w/c 24th November 2025
4. If the reviewer has requested changes to your abstract, resubmission will be open until 8th December 2025
5. Final review will take place and final notifications will be sent w/c 12th January 2026
