Gastrointestinal Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: From Morphology and Molecular Pathology to Insights in Histogenesis

This talk aims to provide a comprehensive overview of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs), with a special emphasis on those of the gastrointestinal tract. We will discuss recent developments in their diagnosis and molecular pathology, cellular histogenesis, as well as novel biomarkers such as DLL3. Finally, new data on the application of artificial intelligence in NEN diagnostics will be presented.
