A Rare GU Cancer MDT and the Role of a Pathologist

4:40 PM - 5:00 PM

Abstract

Penile cancer is a rare condition, which affects men in their sixth decade of life. The lack of awareness and significant social and psychological stigma associated with penile cancer often leads to delays in presentation, diagnosis and management. Timely multidisciplinary care at experienced centers is therefore critical for improving outcomes. My Talk will be highlighting the important role of histopathologists at this rare genitourinary cancer MDT.
