Menus for the Global Agritourism Conference have been designed to promote health and wellbeing, with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal Scottish ingredients. International delegates will have the opportunity to discover classic Scottish dishes, prepared using produce from Agritourism members and local farms. Every meal reflects Scotland’s culinary heritage while highlighting wholesome choices that nourish and inspire.
