PANEL DISCUSSION | The aim of this session is to explore the role of livestock in environmentally-sustainable farming practices and to highlight the win-wins and unintended consequences of nature-friendly farming for animal health and welfare. We also hope to identify the key gaps in our knowledge and the researchable questions that could help address these. The session will take the form of a panel discussion, drawing researchers from across the SEFARI collective but also livestock farmers, consultants and vets in practice. We are anticipating a lively panel session, followed by an equally lively Q&A session with the BSAS audience afterwards.
