Standard Registration Fee: €325
Student Registration Fee: €275 with proof of enrolment

* An optional session is included with all registrations. This will be held at the National Rehabilitation Hospital on Saturday morning (6th December) and will include a site visit and clinically relevant knowledge to practice presentations. Please indicate on the Registration Form if you are interested in attending this session.
Registration Cancellation
- Registration cancellations received via email at the NRH 2025 Conference Secretariat’s email address, nrh2025@abbeyconferences.com by Friday 14th November 2025, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a €50 administrative fee (as per policy).
- Cancellations received after Friday 14th November 2025, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Email nrh2025@abbeyconferences.com to make any changes.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the conference.
- If you require a visa to travel to Ireland, we advise that you allow sufficient time to apply. In the event that your visa is declined, your registration fee will be fully refunded (evidence of visa rejection will be requested).
- In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, no associated costs such as travel and accommodation etc. will be refunded by the National Rehabilitation Hospital.
- Please note that it is the responsibility of the individual delegate to have appropriate insurance in place.
Liability Waiver
The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The NRH 2025 organisers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.
The Conference Organising Committee or its agents will not be responsible for any medical expenses, loss or accidents incurred during the conference. Delegates are strongly advised to arrange adequate insurance to cover medical and other expenses including accident or loss. Where a delegate has to cancel for medical reasons, the normal cancellation policy will apply.
