| Hall 1 (Auditorium) |
Overview
ICIC26 National Stakeholders Group. This session examines what it takes for policy ambitions in health and care systems to translate into lasting change, drawing on the lessons from two decades of integrated care reforms in the English NHS. Leading figures involved in the development of integrated care systems, neighbourhood working and other national reform programmes will reflect on the implementation challenges and how these can be overcome. Their perspectives offer an honest look at what gets in the way—governance, culture, resourcing, incentives—as well as what can be learned from examples of successful transformation. The aim is to build a more realistic understanding of how policy can be shaped, assessed, and adapted so that future reforms have a better chance of taking root.
