Biography
Sonia is a strategic leader promoting sustainable and responsible healthcare. She is the Executive Director of the Geneva Sustainability Center, driving the journey towards net-zero, climate-resilient, and sustainable healthcare in support of the member organizations of the International Hospital Federation. She also serves on the board of the Climate Action Accelerator and is an honorary member of the UK's Faculty of Public Health. Before this, Sonia was the International Climate Policy Director at Healthcare Without Harm. Earlier, she was the Director of the NHS Sustainable Development Unit. She launched the Greener NHS program, which included a commitment to net zero climate emissions, positioning the NHS as the first national health system in the world to do so. Sonia is committed to the transformations needed for a sustainable and healthy planet for all.

Biography
Luís Campos is an internist, founder and president of the Portuguese Council for Health and Environment. He is also commissioner of the National Health Plan 2021-2030, advisor of the General Directorate of Health, and chairman of the Quality of Care and Professional Issues Working Group of the European Federation of Internal Medicine (EFIM). Previously, Luís Campos was coordinator of the Hospital Care Team for the Implementation of Health Policies of the Portuguese Ministry of Health, director of the Emergency Department of the Western Area of Lisbon, director of the Internal Medicine Department of Saint Francisco Xavier Hospital in Lisbon, professor of NOVA Medical School, president of the Portuguese Society of Internal Medicine (PSIM), president of the National Council for Quality in Healthcare, national coordinator of the Electronic Health Record, national coordinator of the Autoimmunity Study Group of the PSIM, and advisor of Macao and Azores Governments. Luis Campos presented over 600 conferences, authored dozens of publications and 17 book chapters, and edited two books. He is an Honorary Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of EFIM. He received the National Internal Medicine Award in 2024.
At the same time, Luís Campos has been developing artistic activity since 1981. He has held 24 individual exhibitions and participated in 52 collective exhibitions in Portugal and abroad. He is represented in Portugal’s most important museum collections and some international collections.

Biography
Chris has a background in health policy and research and is passionate about creating sustainable health and care services that are resilient for the future. He is a Senior Fellow at the health policy think tank, The King’s Fund, where he continues to work part-time, and has an MSc in public health. He is an experienced facilitator and coach.

Biography
Dr. Neti Juniarti (community health nursing, family health nursing, epidemiology and health system) is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Nursing at the Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia. Dr. Juniarti's work focuses on establishing an integrated nursing care model for communicable and non-communicable diseases in families and community settings. Neti has worked for the Indonesian Nurses Association and Community Health Nurses Association in community health nursing and improving the capacity of community health nurses to manage various communicable and non-communicable diseases. Biography
Monika Wheeler is an accomplished health executive with extensive experience in leadership and program management across various health initiatives. Currently serving as the Chief Executive at Healthy North Coast since July 2015, Monika leads efforts to enhance health outcomes, particularly in chronic disease, Aboriginal health, aged care, and vulnerable populations. Previous roles include program management positions at North Coast NSW Medicare Local, where responsibilities involved overseeing homelessness and health initiatives, as well as a managerial position in violence prevention at NSW Kids and Families. Monika's career also includes advisory roles for federal politicians and international experience with the United Nations. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from UNSW, along with recent completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
