Overview
This panel aim to characterize the epidemiological burden of recurrent respiratory papillomatosis in children on a continent-by-continent basis with representation from Europe, the Americas, sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia. Panelists will highlight available resources and specific sociodemographic challenges inherent to their respective national healthcare jurisdictions, and will try to extrapolate their national findings to a continental level. The panel will also compare and contrast the nuanced approaches to vaccination, surgical and medical management of juvenile onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis that underscore the need for innovation, collaboration, and standardization of care that together have the potential for eradication of the disease.
