Overview
Thyroglossal duct cysts are still among the most common neck masses that ORL surgeons need to deal with. Avoiding recurrence is still a big challenge, but the risk can be minimized by improved surgical techniques. We are increasingly involved in surgery of the thyroid gland for both benign and malignant condidtions. Experienced surgeons discuss their approaches.
